Our work spans multiple genres — from intense crime dramas to supernatural thrillers and heartfelt romances. Alongside mainstream projects, we also experiment with indie formats and collaborations with fresh talent.

AnuragJha Creations (AJC) began with a single music video shot for youtube on a phone in 2018. With the first ever director of AJC - Anushka Tasgaonkar and the first actress Grusha Kaur. Together with the founder Anurag Jha they created a music cover of the song Tera Fitoor shot in Hislop College which amassed over 400k views. Following the pattern a range of Music Videos were subsequently created.
AJC shifted to short film in 2019 under director Sanjana Rai made short films like Mazhab and April's Tune. Thereafter shifting to mumbai, this was the point where Anurag Jha took over the direction prospect of AJC. After creating some aesthetic short films AJC shifted back to Nagpur.
AJC made it's biggest decision to shift to feature films and quit Youtube for
the release of it's projects. This turned out to be the best decision of the
company. Anurag Jha created his first feature film "Tallukh" which garnered
7 Million views and earned thrice it's budget on Amazon Prime Video. Only to
be subsequently outshined by AJC's Teri Diwali Meri Christmas which was
released in the same year earning the same profits like the first one.
Over the next year AJC continued with it's short films and made it's third
feature called "DRE7MS" which was acquired by MX Player.
After realising the power ratio of the market and lack of opportunities for
independent films in Nagpur, AJC started it's own OTT Platform - AJCPlay.
With AJC's first TV Show - The Fantasy Element, the curtains were drawn from
the much anticipated app. It contained all the projects by AJC since 2020 and
more from filmmakers of the city.
In 2023 AJC created Shinigami's Box: Origins a francise which became widely
known in the city especially in the film fraternity. AJC continued to make
short films for AJCPlay throughout 2023-2024.
In 2025, AJC created it's Magnum Opus in Romance - 18 Heartbeats, which did not recieve a screening from the Censor Board of India due to corruption. A widely advertised film with its release plans in motion, did not get a theatrical release due to the corruption by the government made Anurag Jha make the infamous announcement of AJC shutting down it's operations in films under AJC's banner. Along with this the social media was wiped clean of AJCPlay leading to an uncertain future of the company.
